Used for various material handling applications such as material shifting from shop floor to up stairs and maintenance work, we offer a wide range of Hydraulic Goods Lift (Two Channel Guide). These are controlled with height limit switches and provided with mechanical stoppers that increase the efficiency of the Lift. To suit the varied requirements of the clients, we can also offer the customized range of the lift within committed time frame.

ADVANTAGES OF FUTURE INDUSTRIES :
This lift don't required Head room or Pit. Power required only while going up. In case of power failure you can come down-manually. This will work on Single phase also if reqd. This can be fitted even on old buildings also. General lifts are not available for one floor. Cost of pillars & side walls can be saved.
HOW DOES IT WORK :
A hydraulic lift is a lift operated by the weight or pressure of oil. It integrates easily with most architectural designs and has long operational life with minimal maintenance, ride comfort and totally safe operation. It has a cost-effective and installation design.

They are designed with safety factors for excess load conditions and are equipped with long life ball bearings. For smaller and medium sized installations the cantilevered sling in combination with a single acting cylinder offers the best elevator application

Electric system : The electric panel is  M. S.  L & T   startercontractors  and  overload relay, MCB’s, up buttons , Limit switches & Terminal strip. The control cabinet is mounted within the power pack at the ground level.
Controls    : UP,  DOWN and EMERGENCY STOP Will be controlled through push buttons provided inside the cabin ,the lift will stop automatically on the platform reaching desired Floor level by actuation of pre-adjusted leveling limit switches.
Painting            : All structural components to be painted by One coat of  red  - oxide  primer and final coat of grey  The body of  the Hydraulic lift Golden yellow while Hydraulic  parts in black.
